It is a two storey building with a total of 101 lodging units (7 studios, 17 apartments and 77 duplex), all of them equipped with kitchenette, full bathroom, telephone, refrigerator and safety box (leased).
The building has a reception area with internet available (pay as you go) and a TV room. It also has a restaurant and pub next to the hotel (hotel guests have a discount when using the following installations), fresh water swimming pools (1 for adults and 1 for children), terrace and solarium.
There is a bus stop less than 100 metres from the complex, the Playa de las Americas golf course is only 500 metres away. The Los Cristianos centre is nearby and we are only 15 minutes away from the Reina Sofia Airport in the south of the island.
